Pensacola Fire Station #3

Pensacola’s latest fire station is a 9,000 square foot facility located on the south west corner of Pensacola International Airport property, on the south side of Summit Boulevard.

Douglas L. McCrary Training Center

The Douglas L. McCrary Training Center is a 31,000 square foot  LEED-certified pre-cast concrete office and meeting space owned by the  Florida Power & Light Company.  The building serves as a major corporate training  center, but also doubles as an emergency operations center.

Pensacola Downtown Library
The Pensacola Downtown Library project is a 25,000 square foot addition and complete renovation to the existing 26,000 square foot library. 

Beulah Fire Station

The Beulah Fire Station is a 14,500 square foot fire station to be constructed at a County-owned site located at 6400 West Nine Mile Road. This new fire station will be replacing an old fire station at the same location.

Pensacola Police Headquarters Expansion

The Pensacola Police Headquarters Expansion and Renovation project was a complex multi-phased project that expanded the Police Station by 9200 square feet and renovated 33,000 square feet of existing space.

Christ Church Renovations

The Christ Church Renovations project is a comprehensive reorganization of the circulation within the Christ Church Parish’s campus, with accessibility and ease of navigation the chief priorities. 

Cecil T. Hunter Pool Facility

The Cecil T. Hunter Pool Facility is a new 2,065 square foot pool house that will have an office, showers, and changing rooms.  This will be replacing the old facility at the same site that was constructed in 1984.

Osceola Clubhouse Renovation 

The Osceola Clubhouse Renovation is an interior and exterior remodeling of a golf clubhouse owned by the City of Pensacola
in Escambia County, Florida.

Wedgewood Community Center

Wedgewood Community Center is a new 13,000 square foot gymnasium and community building serving the Wedgewood & Pinestead neighborhoods in north Pensacola, Florida.  

Joyce Goldenberg Residence Renovation

The Goldenberg Residence Memory Care Renovation consists of the renovation and remodeling of the existing 15,000 square foot 16 bed hospice into a 20 bed memory care residential facility.  Specialized lighting, finishes, color scheme, music system specific to memory care requirements were incorporated into the design.

Fort Walton Beach Medical Center

Rehabilitation Institute of Northwest Florida
The Rehabilitation Institute of Northwest Florida project is a renovation to a physical therapy facility owned by Fort Walton Beach Medical Center in Destin, Florida.  

Fort Walton Beach Medical Center

Center for New Life

The Center for New Life project located at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center includes the addition of a Level II nursery and the relocation of the existing new-born nursery. The project also included renovations to the obstetrical and women’s medical/surgical patient rooms and support areas. 

Ronald McDonald House

The Ronald McDonald House is a new 27 bed facility to support families  of pediatric patients. The facility’s overnight and long term stay  accommodations include bedrooms, toilet and shower rooms, dining room,  kitchen, laundry, and recreational spaces. 

Freeport Elementary Classroom Addition

The Freeport Elementary Classroom Addition is a new 11,560 square foot addition to the two eastern wings of Freeport Elementary in Walton County.  The new space adds eight new classrooms, along with accommodating storage and planning spaces. 

Ferry Pass Middle School Gymnasium

The Ferry Pass Middle School Gymnasium is a new 18,000 square foot free-standing building consisting of a gym with seating capacity for 1000, lobby, concession stand, multipurpose room, wrestling room, restrooms and storage.

Navy Point Elementary Renovations

The Navy Point Elementary project consisted of a new media center,  art room, music room and renovations to 17 classrooms.  The media center  portion of the project was an adaptive reuse of the original 1958  kitchen and cafeteria into a modern media center.

Lipscomb Elementary Cafeteria

The Lipscomb Elementary Cafeteria project consisted of a 3300 square foot addition to the existing cafeteria and stage. A large opening was created on the west exterior wall of the existing cafeteria to connect to the new cafeteria space.
